Because a significant aspect of my 30+ year technology career has centered upon standards and training, it’s no surprise that technical or procedural writing is a true forte. This style of writing takes the novice up to the informed, or expert state. As such, the opportunity to create those, “ah-ha!” moments are many. Therein lies the reward.
I take great care in detailing the subject matter to ensure that key concepts are not overlooked, or given diminished attention.
