Business Writing
The challenges of business today are not really more difficult, just different.  Global, information-based economies require strategies to leverage your knowledge and market leadership in a manner that sets you apart from the pack.

Sales Copywriting
Make the best impression possible with your current and prospective clients and customers.  Get new offerings into the spotlight, re-energize existing offerings.

Business Correspondence
Make sure your message reaches its audience in outstanding form.

Whitepapers
Inform and educate your customers while positioning yourself as the leader in your field and with your groundbreaking technologies.

Writing for the Web
Web copywriting serves several purposes.  It not only offers your products and services, but it actually generates traffic to your website.  If handled correctly, that is.  Your ability to inject the web with fresh new content is what gets the search engines noticing you, and after all, that’s the objective isn’t it?  Traffic coming from searches related to your area of expertise and product offerings.

Optimizing Your Web Presence
At a minimum, your website needs to clear certain baseline requirements in order to be recognized and ranked in the search engines.  You must help the search engines understand what you are about and how your site is organized.

Gaining Authority
Your website gains authority by receiving votes from other websites.  These “votes” come in the form of links.  Some come organically as other websites reference yours through the natural process of referral.  Others you must plant just like seeds that will eventually bear fruit.  The process is continual and must not be overlooked or minimized if you are looking for successful lead generation through your web presence.

Conversion
Traffic is just traffic.  When a visitor takes the action you ask of them, you have achieved conversion.  What you are asking of your visitors is of critical importance as well.  Not all actions are sales related.  You may want simply to initiate a relationship and let confidence and trust build, and sales to naturally follow in good time.

Career Transition Assistance
The winds of change sometimes blow at gale force.  Burnout.  Layoff.  Change of interest.  I’ve seen it, I’ve lived it.  But within us all is a new and different professional vision.  Find it and present it to the world, or at least to some interested employers.  This is not your ordinary Résumé service, this is Résumé authoring that redefines your purpose.  It’s your Career 2.0.

Writing to Enlighten
I’m not an expert in everything, that’s for sure.  I am in some things, though, and in others I can wield a little common sense in crafting a few words of wit.  I enjoy learning new things and applying what I’ve learned in practical terms.  I’m not shy when it comes to stepping up and writing to enlighten an audience hungry for a new perspective.

My career has been punctuated – literally – with so many words written with so many audiences in mind.  As a technology specialist with thirty years tenure, quite a few of those words have been written with a formal, business audience in mind.  As the administrator of two technology education programs, there has frequently been an instructional tone to my writing.

For leisure, and often for personal development reasons, I’ll write for audiences seeking new ways of looking at things.  Perhaps they have lost perspective and are just looking for a fresh, common sense approach to a problem or issue.

Whether you seek to magnetize more customers to your offerings, or seek to enlighten and educate, I have the words and the inspiration to apply them in ways that work to your benefit, and that of your audience.  I look forward to discussing your needs with you.

With thanks to Cesar Millan for continuing the “Whisperer” tradition and providing a little inspiration for the “Page Whisperer” title.  I respect his work with our canine friends so much, and like Cesar with his dogs, I too believe that no page is beyond rehabilitation.
